In “OKATAOKA MEETS FOLK ART SERIES”, the illustrator Okataoka visits the world’s FOLK ART. The volume 1 is Mexico. It contains his works; papier-mache, sculpture, pottery and illustrations with motifs of the mexican folk art and landscapes that he met in Mexico.
OKATAOKA オカタオカ
1986年生まれ。宮崎県出身、東京都在住。桑沢デザイン研究所デザイン専攻科卒業。雑誌や書籍、アパレル、広告などのイラストレーションを手掛けるほか、国内外で精力的に個展を開催。2018年6月、初の絵本作品「しんまいま（若芽舎）」を発表。YACHIYO KATSUYAMAとのユニット「石に花」、バンド「水中図鑑」など、その活動は多岐にわたる。
